Privacy

We store your email address, the businesses and searches you track, and the ranking results. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Emails are sent through Brevo.

Free maps store the business name, search and the visitor's IP address (for abuse limits). We do not sell personal data. Ask us to delete your account at any time from the contact page or by emailing hello@localmapsrank.com.

Competitor review words: when you ask for it on a Reviews Analysis page, we read the newest public Google reviews of the rivals you follow (review text, star rating and date only; reviewer names are not kept) from our data provider, DataForSEO, and send that text to our AI model (kie.ai) to write the comparison. Rivals' review text is cached for 7 days and used for nothing else.

Google Business Profile (optional)

If you connect your Google Business Profile, we ask Google for permission to manage it. We use that only to: list your locations, read your profile's performance numbers (views, calls, direction requests) for your reports, import your reviews into your Local Maps Rank inbox, and publish a review reply or post only after you approve it: one at a time, or, if you turn on Autopilot for a profile, under the standing approval you tick there (you can cancel any scheduled item before it posts, and Autopilot replies wait 24 hours). We store the Google access token encrypted and keep imported reviews (up to 500 per location) with your account. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or send it to other apps. Review text and star ratings are sent to our AI model (kie.ai) only to draft a reply you approve, to write the Autopilot replies you authorize, and to produce the review analysis you ask for. We do not import reviewer names, so they are never sent. Pause the connection any time on the Google profile page (deleting the location also deletes its stored token), or remove our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; email hello@localmapsrank.com to delete stored reviews.

Local Maps Rank's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
